Your questions answered

Clarity and transparency are an important part of how I work. Here are answers to the questions I hear most often from clients who are considering a more thoughtful, supported planning experience.

Getting Started

  • You’ll receive a personal email from me acknowledging your inquiry and outlining the next steps. I’ll also share my Service Portfolio, which explains my process, value, and planning fee structure. From there, you’ll be invited to schedule your complimentary consultation.

The Value of Working Together

  • Because your time matters. I help take the research, decision fatigue, and moving parts off your plate so you can focus on the excitement of the trip itself. My role is to guide the process, recommend trusted options, and make sure your travel feels thoughtful, well organized, and worth the investment.

  • I work closely with each client and keep the process personal. I’m not here to simply book a trip—I’m here to understand how you want the experience to feel, make thoughtful recommendations, and handle the details with care. My clients value having one trusted person guiding the process from start to finish.

Process & Investment

  • It’s a collaborative process in four phases:
Connect: We begin with a complimentary consultation.
Curate: I design a custom proposal based on your goals and preferences.
Confirm: You review the plan, and once approved, I handle the bookings and details.
Travel: You travel with a clear itinerary and ongoing support.

  • I use a transparent planning fee model for custom trips. This covers the time, expertise, and care that go into designing and managing your experience. Fees are explained in my Service Portfolio, and all travel costs are quoted clearly before anything is booked.

Services & Capabilities

Practicalities & Peace of Mind

  • For international custom travel, I recommend reaching out 6–12 months in advance. For domestic travel, 3–6 months is ideal. That said, I’m always happy to hear about a shorter timeline and let you know what’s possible.
